If you’re considering a renovation, you might be wondering: Where do I even start?
We get it—taking the first step toward transforming your home can feel a little overwhelming. That’s why we’ve designed a clear, supportive onboarding process to walk you through it all. Whether you’re dreaming of a fresh kitchen, a better-functioning layout, or a complete home overhaul, here’s how we help turn your ideas into a real plan.
Step 1: Start with the Inquiry Form
Every great project begins with a little info. On our website, you’ll find a simple inquiry form that helps us get to know your goals. This is your chance to tell us about your space, your vision, and what you’re hoping to achieve. The more details you can provide, the more productive the next steps will be.
Step 2: Discovery Call with Dan
Once your inquiry is submitted, Dan—our founder and owner—will setup a call with you. This isn’t a sales pitch. It’s a friendly, honest conversation about your project: where you’re starting, what’s driving your renovation, and what kind of timeline you’re hoping for.
Step 3: In-Home Consultation
Next, we’ll schedule a time to visit your home. Seeing the space firsthand helps us understand the layout, light, flow, and any quirks we’ll need to work around. We’ll talk logistics, possibilities, and how your day-to-day life may be impacted during the renovation. This is also when we begin to chat about your overall budget goals—not to lock anything in, but to start aligning vision with reality.
Step 4: Talking Budget—Realistically
Here’s where transparency matters most. After visiting the space and understanding the scope, we’ll provide a realistic budget range for the work involved. We know that renovation pricing can sometimes feel surprising—but it’s our job to help you understand why. From design and permits to materials and expert craftsmanship, there are many moving parts that go into a renovation done right. We’re here to walk you through all of it.
We believe in collaboration, clarity, and great communication from day one. No pressure, no mystery—just a thoughtful process that helps you move forward with confidence.
